About This Product

Cèdre Cone Ends are offered as a flexible, value-focused option for those looking to work with our signature 100% Canadian wool yarn in larger quantities. This is the same beautiful Cèdre base that we offer in 25g and 100g skeins — a soft, woollen spun, single-ply yarn made entirely from ethically sourced Canadian wool.

Cone Ends are the result of our skeining process — the leftover lengths on cones where the yarn becomes more labour-intensive to process on machines. Rather than letting these ends go unused, we’re making them available to you at a reduced price.

Why It’s a Win-Win

This offering helps reduce waste and improve efficiency in our production process. For you, it’s a chance to purchase Cèdre in larger quantities (and at a better price) for weaving, knitting, crochet, or other fibre art projects.

Use Cases

Cèdre Cone Ends are ideal for:

  • Weaving (suitable for both warp and weft
  • Knitting or crocheting garments and accessories
  • Larger fibre art projects where working from a cone is more convenient

Pricing & Weight Details

Yarn is priced at $0.21 per gram, and each listing includes the net weight of the yarn only — cone insert weight is not included in the total.

Please Note:

  • This is the same yarn base as our Cèdre skeins — woollen spun, untreated, and rustic in character.
  • As this is a by-product of our production process, quantities may be limited and cone weights will vary.
  • Cones are sold as-is, without winding or skeining.
